1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pixelry ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

Pixelry is a puzzle game developed by Neowelt Interactive. The App allows you to assemble pixel art puzzles using a magnetic cube mechanic. Features include curated puzzles, photo-based puzzles, multiple game modes, and optional in-app purchases.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's usage rules in the App Store Terms of Service.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases processed by Apple through the App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. Non-consumable purchases (such as "Unlock Everything" and cube styles) are restored through Apple's restore mechanism. Consumable purchases (tip jar) cannot be restored once consumed.

Prices are displayed in your local currency as determined by Apple. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already made.

5. User Content

When you use the photo puzzle feature, you select images from your device's photo library. These images are processed entirely on your device and are not uploaded to any server. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any images you import.

Puzzle files shared via the .pixelry export format contain pixelized image data derived from your chosen image. By sharing a .pixelry file, you confirm you have the right to distribute the underlying image content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to curated puzzle artwork, game design, sounds, music, and visual elements, is owned by Neowelt Interactive and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neowelt Interactive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App, regardless of the theory of liability.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your license to use the App is revoked.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
