1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any game in the Pixelry family ("the App" or "the Apps"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.

2. Apps Covered

These Terms apply to all games developed by Neowelt Interactive under the Pixelry brand:

• Pixelry — a puzzle game where you assemble pixel art using a magnetic cube mechanic. Features include curated puzzles, photo-based puzzles, multiple game modes, and optional in-app purchases.
• Pixelry Sudoku — a meditative sudoku variant where you place colored cubes instead of numbers on a 9x9 grid. Features include a Daily Challenge, four difficulty tiers, Nonomino mode, ambient music, and optional in-app purchases.

Pixelry Words is in development and will be added to these Terms when it ships.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's usage rules in the App Store Terms of Service.

4. In-App Purchases

The Apps offer optional in-app purchases processed by Apple through the App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

Both Pixelry and Pixelry Sudoku follow the same purchase pattern: a single non-consumable "Unlock Everything" product that grants access to premium features, and an optional set of consumable tip products (Coffee, Lunch, Dinner) that grant nothing — they exist solely as a thank-you channel. Pixelry additionally sells non-consumable cube style packs.

Non-consumable purchases (such as "Unlock Everything" and cube styles) are restored through Apple's restore mechanism, available in each app's Settings. Consumable purchases (tip jar) cannot be restored once consumed.

Prices are displayed in your local currency as determined by Apple. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already made.

5. User Content

Pixelry's Photo Puzzle feature lets you select images from your device's photo library. These images are processed entirely on your device and are not uploaded to any server. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any images you import.

Puzzle files shared via the .pixelry export format contain pixelized image data derived from your chosen image. By sharing a .pixelry file, you confirm you have the right to distribute the underlying image content.

Pixelry Sudoku does not import or generate user content. All puzzles are drawn from a curated bundled library; nothing you produce in the app contains content originating outside it.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the Apps, including but not limited to curated puzzle artwork, game design, sounds, music, and visual elements, is owned by Neowelt Interactive and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Apps' content.

7. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Apps' systems or networks
• Redistribute or resell the Apps or their content

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neowelt Interactive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Apps, regardless of the theory of liability.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Apps at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your license to use the Apps is revoked.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of any Pixelry App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
